CONSULATE CHANGE: AUG 01, 07: All Business Type Visas are Automatically Multiple-Entry Visas valid for one year for 30, 60, and 90 days each stay. Chinese Business (F-Visas) are issued to foreigners who are invited to China for, research, lecture, business, scientific-technological and cultural exchanges or short-term advanced studies or intern practice for a period of less than six months. A letter of invitation is required from your sponsor, host company, University or Study abroad program. A letter of invitation should be printed on company or academic letterhead and clearly state in simple terms a. Why you are traveling to China, b. who your sponsor is c. how long you will be in China It should also be signed with the company stamp. Unlike student or working visa documents, faxed copies of the invitation letter are acceptable.

NEVER BEEN TO CHINA BEFORE? READ THIS!!!If you are going to China for the first time and desire a 90-days visa, or multiple entry visa. Some consulates are requiring applicants to write a brief statement (one or two paragraphs) that illustrates in your own words why you are going to China and where you plan to go and for how long. It must be signed and dated and attached to your Q1 visa application form for us to process it.
HONG KONG VISASA visa is not required to enter Hong Kong if your planned stay is less than 90-days. If you want to stay for more than 90-days, you must complete the Hong Kong Visa Application Form and be sponsored by a company or person residing in HK.
Travelers seeking to enter Mainland China from Hong Kong will need to obtain their travel visa prior to entry into mainland China and it is strongly suggested to obtain the Chinese Visa before your trip. |

We cannot accept personal checks for rush or expedited services.
Resubmit Fees:
If the consulate rejects your application and you must re-apply. There is a $75 resubmission fee.
Large Groups
Large groups of ten people or more should complete the group visa request form.

Passport Validity
Passports must be valid up to no less than 6-months beyond your expected return date?
Example: If you had planned a trip and were expecting to return on today, , your passport would need to be valid until at the very minimum with no exceptions. If your passport will not be valid six months beyond your expected return date, you MUST renew your passport before applying for Chinese visa services. This applies to all travelers to China.
You have three months to enter China from the day you are issued your Chinese visa. The term of your visa begins once you have entered China. (30, 60, 90, 120 days)
