To Apply for Chinese Visa Services:

    -  Download the new Application Form  (.pdf)

   -  Type your responses unto the PDF form.

   -  Print the application form

   -  Attach 2 x 2 size photo to the form. 

   -  Mail the signed form with

          a. your payment

          b. original passport and 2x2 photo affixed to application form.

          c. cover letter; where you want us to ship your passport once completed.
